25+ Years Serving South
Florida
MDZ Building Inspections & Consulting is a DBA of Anamik Electric Corp, founded in 2005. For over two decades, we have been an integral part of South Florida's construction, inspection, and code compliance landscape — starting with our roots in licensed electrical contracting and expanding into comprehensive building inspection and consulting services.
Our team brings a rare combination of licensed general contracting, electrical contracting, private provider status, and certified inspection credentials under one roof. This integrated expertise means we not only identify issues — we can resolve them.
Based in Weston, FL, we primarily serve Miami-Dade and Broward counties, working with commercial property owners, condominium associations, property managers, architects, engineers, and permit professionals.
Our Mission
“To provide dependable, code-conscious inspection and consulting services that help property owners and managers maintain safe, compliant, and well-documented buildings — with clear communication, practical solutions, and quality workmanship at every stage of the inspection, repair, and compliance process.”

FAQ
-
How long does an inspection typically take?
It depends on your building's size and complexity — most commercial properties take 2–4 hours on-site. Larger or more involved properties may need a bit more time. We'll give you a realistic estimate upfront, so you can plan your day without surprises.
-
What should I prepare before the inspection?
Building plans or as-built drawings are helpful if you have them. Make sure all areas to be inspected are accessible, and have any prior inspection reports or permit history handy. A point of contact on-site who can walk with our team makes things go smoothly.
-
Will I receive a written report?
Every inspection and consulting engagement includes a detailed written report with photographs, findings, code references, and prioritized recommendations. Reports are delivered digitally and formatted for submission to county agencies if needed.
-
Can you handle the repairs if you find problems?
Yes — and this is one of the things our clients appreciate most about working with us. As a licensed general contractor and licensed electrical contractor, we can provide estimates and manage remediation for issues we identify. One team, start to finish — no vendor juggling.
